Cradle to cradle in een krimpregio: Partizan Publik, Dirk-Jan Visser en ontwerper Guido Marsille sloopten het interieur van een boerderij in Tjuchem ten behoeve van het Atelier aan de Middendijk te Usquert.
Van sloop naar zelfbouw is een oude traditie in het Groningse. Boederijen, kerken en woonhuizen werden doorgaans met hergebruikte materialen gebouwd. Het is een tip voor iedere zelfbouwer met een kleine portemonnee. De verwezenlijking van het ontwerp van Guido aan De Middendijk kan verder gevolgd worden via deze link.
Last weekend, the Moonshine Bar made a special appearance at the Foam Project Space, featuring the latest apple-based delights from Usquert, self-made sausages from Brandt & Levi Worstenmakers and ofcourse the antidote to everything evil: our very own N.A.P. tapwater, still the best in the world. Amidst the creme de la creme of the international photography world, notably a whirlwind called Charlott Markus, the director of Foam dubbed it the Best Bar of Amsterdam. The Gwangju Design Biennale 2011 had it’s closing weekend. During two months, it has welcomed over 800.000 visitors.

Morgen wordt, in het kader van de ‘Wil je met me bouwen‘ campagne ontworpen door Partizan Publik voor de Gemeente Amsterdam, een 12 meter hoge schep geplaatst in de Houthavens.
De schep ontworpen door Artur van Beek is het logo van deze manifestatie ter promotie van zelfbouw als volwassen woonsegment in de stad.
