We look back on a very happy Movember. Funds are still coming in at the Nederlands Kankerinstituut / Anthoni van Leeuwenhoekziekenhuis, but as of now we are way over a quarter million euro. Perhaps most special this year was that so many people organized their own fundraisers, Movember dinners, auctions and parties. Thanks to almost 4000 mo bro’s. That’s a small army.

A special thank you goes to Eindhoven Mo Bro Michiel Landeweerd. Michiel mobilized the City of Lights with a super beautiful Moustache Calender. “Last year, I got involved through some artist friends in Amsterdam” Michiel writes us. “So this year, I decided to kick start Movember in Eindhoven. I took it to the heart: being a photographer and a rock climber, I stuck to what I am good at and like best. It resulted in a calender of 12 Mo bros: the elite troops of climbing Eindhoven. Dressing them all up in the style of their moustache, and putting them in a special setting was a big adventure. From a crappy junk yard, to meet chopping butcher, a fancy horse riding club, and a hunting lodge.”
